Studio Space for Events
This adaptable event space can comfortably host gatherings of 50-100 people, seamlessly combining functionality across all our studios. We prioritize your creative freedom. You have the flexibility to choose your preferred catering company, decorate to your heart’s content, rearrange the space to your liking, and bring in your own event elements if you don’t dig the ones we offer. Craft an unforgettable experience that reflects your unique vision and style.
Studio Features
- 12′ ceilings, 3400 sq ft
- Exclusive use of all studios (lounge + kitchen + cyc + flex)
- Capacity 50-100 guests
- Choose your own catering (alcohol vendor must have license to serve)
- Layouts: open concept and/or with breakout rooms
- Lighting control tablet and switch on subject lighting for cyc and kitchen
- Basic grip package + rolling tables, chairs, and monitors
- 120 amp circuits
- Free Wifi + livestream-ready wired ethernet 500 mb/s up & down
Rates
Weekdays: 2-hour minimum
Weekends: 4-hour minimum
Community Rate:
Hourly: $235
Full Day (10 hours): $1250
Standard Rate:
Hourly: $275
Full Day (10 hours): $1950

Studio Hours:
Weekdays: 7am-5pm
After-hours and weekends by request. Subject to additional cost.
A nonrefundable 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation, full payment is due 5 days before rental.
Rockstoria Studios is located in the midway of St. Paul, MN, central to the Twin Cities. Studio spaces can be combined into a mega space to accommodate a large production project, audience, or event. Inclusivity is our jam, so a Community Rate is offered for: nonprofits, womxn, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, schools, students, community education.
LOCATION & BUILDING
- Pin drop that will get you to the best door (ADA/RAMP Entrance)
- Free lot parking + overflow lot
- ADA building entry with ramp
- Drive-in loading dock with industrial sized freight elevator
- Lockrooms with showers
- Trash + recycling + organics dumpsters
EVENT RENTAL ELEMENTS
Full Studio Rental Access Includes:
- Up to 80 chairs
- 6 – 6′ rectangular tables
- 2 -4′ rectangular tables
- 1 – 5′ rectangular table
- 2 – 56 inch rolling tv monitors
- Kitchen with refrgerator, freezer, oven, and counter + island space
Coffee makers (must provide own coffee and condiments for events) - Telecommunication/livestream capabilities for hybrid meetings/events
- Customizable light colors and brightness in cyc and kitchen studios
- Additional elements may be available by request or customize with your own
Basic Grip Package
- 2 C stands with arms and knuckles
- 4 sandbags
- 1 power reel
- 1 set of apple boxes
- 1 reflector
- 4 small A clamps
- 4 large A clamps
- 6 assorted spring clamps
- Assorted hand tools
- Various ladders, stepladders, stepstools, and chairs available as needed
- Additional furniture or supplies may be provided at our discretion
AV Equipment For Rent
Additional items may be available for rent including lighting, camera equipment, stands, microphones, mixers, speakers and sound equipment through us or through one of our providers.
